We promote leaders at every level and support our people to follow their passion.What you'll do:Load PlanningCommunicate with Replenishment, Suppliers, Scheduling and Carriers to finalize pickup and delivery detailsTrack and trace loads to ensure successful delivery and on time arrivalEnsure issues are resolved timely, changes are updated and communicated, and provide ongoing insights and analysisAssist in the analysis and development of inbound opportunitiesReview profitability on customer pick ups. Meeting with execution or BD teams on any vendors that show poor profitability and agree on adjustments neededCustomer ServiceAct as the Lead for all customer enquiries internal/externalRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely mannerAttend all internal/external meetings providing status updates on our performanceMeeting with customers to review performance, any issues we are having, reviewing promos & ways to execute more efficiently. Communicate feedback to outbound execution and Business Development teamsCoordinate with internal teams, drivers, and dispatch to resolve service issuesMaintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) systemProvide shipment status, BOL's, delivery times, and other service information to our customersIdentify customer needs and suggest appropriate servicesContribute to a positive and collaborative team environmentReportingEnsure that daily and weekly reports are completed and sent accurately and on timeWhat you bring:Post‐secondary education in Supply Chain Management an assetAbility to problem solve and think analyticallyAbility to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and effectively manage resources.Prior experience in Transportation or Supply Chain Management preferredPrior Customer Service experience required with a demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service. Prior experience (1‐2 years) in Customer Service, Escalation Management is preferredMust have excellent Excel and Power Point skills, with the ability to extract and report on data as required by the businessMust be detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environmentGood communication skills, both written and verbalGeographical knowledge of CanadaLoblaw is committed to sustainability by sourcing products with integrity and making a positive difference in the community.
