Design structural and mechanical installations, modifications, and repairs using CATIA V5. Oversee both new designs and revisions to existing ones. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the design team. Prepare reports and data packages for design approval and certification. Collaborate with manufacturing and other departments to support aircraft modifications. Assist in the development and updates of the Design Manual. Carry out other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Relevant Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering degree. Minimum 15 years of aerospace design experience. Minimum 5 years of CATIA V5 experience. Strong capability in sheet metal and machine design. Catia macro and Enovia back‑end experience is preferred. Knowledge of aircraft certification requirements. Thorough understanding of aerospace materials and processes. Robust organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills. Basic stress analysis capability (preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
