Strategic Talent Sourcing: Own and execute sourcing strategies for highly specialized and business critical senior roles. Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define success profiles and design tailored/customized search strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring decisions, trade offs, and timelines, managing confidential and high stakes searches with discretion. Strengthen Bombardier’s internal talent sourcing capability by coaching TA Advisors on innovative sourcing techniques and leading knowledge sharing sessions. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using the ATS (Success Factors) CRM(s), and talent sourcing and search platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Collaborate with TA Advisors and Recruitment Marketing to deliver targeted outreach campaigns. Lead and support talent nurture initiatives and events. Follow standardized sourcing processes and maintain accurate documentation across all systems. External Talent Intelligence: Conduct in depth market mapping and end to end talent research to deliver insights into talent availability, competitor landscapes, compensation, and hiring trends that inform business strategy and hiring decisions. Monitor industry movements and emerging skill trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities for talent planning. Build and maintain external intelligence sources, including labor market data, competitor research, qualified associations, and social platforms. Maintain a repository of talent intelligence and insights to support continuous learning and data driven decision making across the TA organization. Gather and analyze data to produce regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards. How to thrive in this role? You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
