making including related to monthly dashboard reporting for internal stakeholders Identify financial risks and performance trends and bring forward recommendations Systems, Data & Process Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data across systems Support the implementation and optimization of the company’s Enterprise Resource Platform system Assess and improve accounting processes to support scalability and growth Maintain clear documentation of financial processes and controls Leverage data and reporting tools to improve financial visibility and decision support. Compliance & Controls Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards Maintain and strengthen internal control procedures Support external reporting and regulatory requirements as needed Qualifications, skills, and experience Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA designation (completed or near completion) strongly preferred 4

6 years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards Demonstrated ownership of month‑end close and financial statement preparation Significant experience in data analysis including Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Experience with corporate tax provisions, sales tax considerations and general awareness of corporate income tax matters Experience working in a project‑based, manufacturing, or custom‑build workplace is an asset Experience implementing an Enterprise Resource Platform/accounting systems is also an asset Skills & Capabilities Strong technical accounting foundation Analytical, with strong data analysis skills resulting in the ability to translate numbers into practical insight and in a visually effective manner Detail‑oriented with high standards for accuracy Comfort with researching considerations for income and sales tax considerations of global business transactions Systems‑minded and comfortable working through process change Explicit communicator who collaborates effectively across teams What’s in it for you?
