Collaborate with internal teams to develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing actionable financial insights.
Participate in the implementation and optimization of the companys ERP system, ensuring smooth transition and process improvements.
Manage the companys bank accounts, including CAD and USD, and oversee money market accounts for cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, supporting external reporting and audits.
Continuously improve accounting processes, documentation, and financial visibility to support the companys growth and scalability.
