You will: Provide 1:1 support for pupils with complex needs Support with personal care, including toileting and feeding where required Assist pupils with mobility and physical support needs Help create a calm, safe and structured environment Support pupils to engage in sensory and learning activities Work closely with teachers and therapists as part of a supportive team A big part of the role is building trusting relationships, helping pupils to feel safe, understood and supported throughout the school day.
