Direct Security Guards as a bilingual Shift Supervisor at client sites. Ensure security protocols are met and provide leadership on day and night shifts with focus on safety.
In this supervisory role, you'll lead security operations by enforcing post orders while performing security duties. Oversight includes managing rounds, completing reports, counseling personnel, and collaborating with clients to address security needs. Your leadership will ensure effective training and compliance among your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and guide Security Guard staff on shifts
• Maintain compliance with all security protocols
• Train new security personnel on post orders
• Assist with payroll and key documentation
• Engage with clients to fulfill security obligations
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual in English and French
• Hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
• Ability to adapt to variable shift schedules
• Eligibility for Secret Security Clearance
