Required Experience

day support at Rolling Hills campground to ensure a positive guest experience through excellent customer service and operational tasks. Operational tasks could include answering phones, cleaning, running events and basic maintenance.\n
Duties and Responsibilities*
\nUnder the supervision of the Park Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Seasonal Associate, but are not limited to, the following:\n
Assist in guest relations ensuring all guest issues receive a positive and safe experience;
Execute a variety of guest experiences and activities;
Clean and maintain park landscaping, amenities, facilities and equipment;
Ensure compliance with minimum government health and safety standards;
Assist in operating the park store; and
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of recreational vehicles;
Mechanical ability;
Possess or have the ability to obtain First Aid/CPR Certification;
Ability to speak French and English strongly favoured
Key Relationships*
\nThis position interfaces with internal and external contacts:\n
Internal: President, Park Manager
External: Guests, Service Providers
Working Conditions*
Seasonal position (roughly April 15 to November 15);
Required to work holidays and weekends;
Overtime may be required with short notice;
Requires a significant amount of standing/walking;
Comfortable operating small tools and equipment;
Ability to operate riding lawn mowers;
Required to work in a busy, open area which may result in constant interruptions; and
Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress.
