Role Overview
Reporting to the Mill Maintenance Work Management Specialist, the Mill Maintenance Scheduler will be responsible for planning and scheduling the daily maintenance tasks in the concentrator, crushing and conveyor systems. Planning responsibilities include managing various maintenance strategies designed to maintain the healthy, reliability and overall protection of equipment while keeping to a Best Practice planning standard of managing backlogs and building Standard Operating Procedures. Scheduling duties will consist of selecting, assigning and sequencing work to future schedules based on equipment priorities and available workforce and resources so that work can be executed in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years of supervisory/planning experience in a metallurgical processing plant or equivalent

The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
