Maintain SOPs for sales processes and dealer interactions

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service
Experience in equipment, manufacturing, or distribution industries is an asset
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (SAP Business One preferred)
Experience with order processing, quotations, and customer onboarding
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and problem
