Key Responsibilities Provide expert crisis intervention and emergency response as part of the Mobile Crisis Response Team. Manage a diverse caseload, developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients. Deliver comprehensive nursing care, ensuring patient safety and optimal health outcomes. Act as a strong patient advocate, ensuring their needs and rights are respected. Maintain accurate and thorough record keeping of all patient interactions and care plans. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Apply strong problem‑solving skills in complex and dynamic situations. Utilize specialized knowledge in mental health to support patients and their families. Engage in continuous professional development to maintain high standards of practice. Requirements & Qualifications Completed College/University education in Nursing. 3‑5 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with exposure to crisis intervention or mental health. Proficiency in both French and English is required. Current certification in Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention. Demonstrated skills in Crisis Intervention, Case Management, and Patient Advocacy. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team collaboration abilities. Strong background in nursing care, emergency response, and mental health support. Ability to provide personalized care with empathy and professionalism.
