up and dismantling time, positive environmental benefits and removes the need for invasive access equipment or disruption to a worksite.
Responsibilities: Weld up to 30 inches (FDI) per day when the material is available (some welds may be customized while others may be repetitive procedures to complete the work) Proficiency in rope access techniques and equipment Solid technical skills as a Rope Access Technician is ideal.
Follow various company policies and procedures.
Overhead Crane Ticket and experience is considered an asset Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on structures and equipment at heights using rope access techniques.
Conduct rigging and rope systems for safe access and egress Utilize hand tools, power tools and heavy equipment to complete assigned tasks Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a protected working environment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Proficiency in rope access techniques and equipment Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs Solid technical skills as a Rope Access Technician is ideal.
Minimum Requirements: IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 Certification is required.
Journeyperson Certificate of Completion in the Welding Trade Certified B

Kay, Alberta.
This is a Spring Turnaround event, starting on May 12th going until June 2, shifts are 12 hours, both days and nights on a 24/4 or a 6/1 rotation.
Charter flights are provided from Calgary or Edmonton to site.
