Requirements
Candidates must have proven experience in metal roofing or sheet metal work and hold a valid Reliability Status security clearance. Fall Protection and WHMIS certifications are considered assets, but training can be provided if needed. Applicants must be physically capable of lifting 50–60 pounds on a regular basis, climbing ladders, and working comfortably at heights. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow proper procedures, and awareness of surroundings at all times while working in a physically demanding, outdoor construction environment.
