19 vaccination is mandatory Strong ability to motivate and encourage service team members Strong ability to design and deliver an activity program for seniors with enthusiasm and creativity Knowledge of programming for seniors Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with residents, service team members and guests Class G/Class 5 driver’s license with clear driver’s abstract (Applicable to Ontario/Alberta) Current CPR/ First Aid certification Current Safe Food Handler’s certification Experience in a long
