Required Experience

3 years in a senior living environment and experience with the Retirement Home Act (Required)
Previous management experience considered an asset.
***Registered Practical Nurse /Registered Nurse with current good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. (Required)
Effective leadership, organizational and relationship building skills
Ability to analyze and problem solve complex resident and staff situations within a multidisciplinary team is essential
Knowledge of computerized software and Resident Care Management systems is an asset
Robust leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of aging
Position Details

Hours: time position based in a professional office environment. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional need for overtime during peak periods.
