Experience Ensure guests are greeted and seated promptly Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction Handle complaints and resolve issues diplomatically Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort in the dining area 2.

Staff

Leadership Hire, train, and supervise FOH staff (hosts, servers, bartenders) Create steps of service and ensure they are followed Maintain elevated service standards Create and manage staff schedules Conduct team meetings and performance evaluations Motivate staff and foster a positive work environment 3.

Operational
\n
Oversight Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow Manage reservations, waitlists, and table turnover Create curated wine and drink lists Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation Order and manage all beverage inventories Monitor and manage inventory of FOH supplies (menus, linens, etc.) 4. Financial & Administrative Duties Assist with budgeting and cost control Track labour costs and manage staffing levels efficiently Report on service metrics and customer feedback Support POS system management and cash handling procedures 5. Sales & Promotions Encourage upselling and suggestive selling Implement and oversee special events or promotions Analyze customer feedback to improve service and offerings Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in food & beverage or hospitality management, with hotel or destination dining experience considered an asset.
