Oversee all day‑to‑day and event activity to ensure proper planning and execution
\n
Ensure all fixed assets are in positive working condition, and oversee preventative maintenance of assets
\n
Develop and maintain food quality control, profit and loss controls, inventory levels, and labour and product cost monitoring
\n
Accountable for the development of sales budgets and responsible for the successful execution of these budgets
\n
Responsible for generating growth and restaurant sales and transactions (guest counts)
\n
Ensure that requirements for appropriate sanitation and food safety levels in respective areas are met
\n
Identify root causes of gaps in guest satisfaction and assist in the development of corrective and proactive action plans where appropriate
\n
Oversee the development of short and long‑term financial and operational plans
\n
Requirements An inspiring leader who has proven skills in rallying a team to achieve its highest potential and then driving it to the next level
\n
Minimum 8 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with 5 years of experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry in a similar environment
\n
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
\n
Proven record of effective conflict resolution and service recovery
\n
Acute financial management skills
\n
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
\n
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish cooperative working relationships
\n
Robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on guest service
\n
Level 1 and Level 2 Food Safe Certification

Excellent professional presentation
\n
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (i.e. mobility, standing, walking, lifting for the majority of the day)
