Our hospital provides a broad range of clinical experiences, including a 20 bed ICU, 16 bed Level 2+ NICU, 11 bed Pediatric Unit, Level 3 Trauma Center, active OR, and multiple inpatient units

Required Qualifications:
Active or eligible registration with the College and Association of Respiratory Therapists of Alberta (CARTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Current BLS HCP certification. Recent acute/critical care experience (within 5 years). Ability to work 11.08 hour day/night rotations. Ability to work in all areas of the hospital that RT supports. Strong communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current NRP certification. Recent neonatal ventilation experience. Current PALS and ACLS Certification. Competency in arterial line insertion, adult intubation, and POCUS for art line insertion. Preceptorship/mentorship training. Related bachelor’s or master's degree. Connect Care experience.
