Required Experience

year independent clinical Respiratory Therapy experience in an acute care hospital setting within the last 5 years. This RRT position includes the following physical requirements: being on one's feet for extended periods of time (including walking/standing), exposure to infectious diseases, and hazardous situations for which they are trained; be able to assist in transporting, lifting, and positioning of patients; be able to bend, lift, push, and pull equipment up to 20lbs and sometimes exceeding 20 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Independent clinical RRT experience in a Level II/III NICU within the last 5 years. Current NRP Certification, including expiration date. Current PALS, ACLS, CRE certification, including expiration date. Preceptor training courses. Completed orientation to the PLC site.
