$76,000, depending on experience and location. The successful candidate will support customer service, initial estimates and repair plans. While primary duties are focused on the reduction of customer effort and vehicle throughput, the repair planners are active in quality control, insurance relations and parts.

Minimum of 1.5 years of progressive industry experience, including experience in sales, customer service, or leadership;
Position Details

Employment Type: Works with the Shop Manager, Assistant Shop Manager, Operations team, People and Culture Team, and Health, Safety and Environment Manager to ensure that operations are compliant with all provincial and national regulatory standards pertaining to health and safety, quality and employment standards;

Hours: Contributes to the goal of closing all files within 24 hours of vehicle delivery;
