Duties: Reporting to the Operations Manager and supervised by the Campus Administrative Assistant, the Rentals Clerk provides customer service and support to rentals and events attiwmawtx campus outside of regular campus hours.
Responsibilities include: Open and/or close the campus Provide a welcoming, positive customer service experience for visitors Maintain knowledge of campus features and amenities Provide basic information to rental inquiries on facility booking costs, policies, and procedures Support basic event set up, take down and user group transitions Prepare and update campus signage, posters, and other displays The employee must be able to work alone and manage responsibilities independently Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Grade 12 plus one year of experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
