This full time remote role focuses on skill development and employment services.In this position, you will provide virtual services to adults facing employment barriers due to disabilities. Your responsibilities will include vocational testing, skills assessment, job placement services, and motivational counseling. By facilitating these services, you will contribute to client job satisfaction and effective service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Review client plans and documentation from referrals
Provide virtual counseling through Teams/Zoom meetings
Conduct vocational tests and assess employment options
Develop job placement strategies and necessary support
Complete service reports ensuring quality standardsRequirements:
Eligible for RTWDM designation or equivalent
Bachelor’s in Vocational Rehabilitation or related field
Minimum three years in Vocational Rehabilitation
Solid communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe toolsSupport individuals with disabilities by providing essential vocational services at March of Dimes Canada.#J
