Days of Work: 7 day a week coverage as available on an as needed basis
Shift times: 08:00 to 16:00

About this position:
This position is based in Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (KBH), where as a Casual Rehabilitation Assistant you can provide coverage in hospital and/or long

Language: term care facilities located in Trail, Nelson and/or Castlegar.
As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you are an essential member of a client centered, multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, working under the clinical direction of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, or Speech Language Pathologists. In this role, you operate at the top of your scope to deliver consistent therapeutic interventions, carry out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs, and assist clinicians in monitoring and evaluating patient progression. Acting as the eyes and ears of the rehab team, you provide valuable observations and contribute meaningfully to each patient’s rehabilitation journey—driving progress, supporting individualized goals, and ensuring comprehensive, high quality care.
