Regional Loss Prevention Manager
The Regional Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for implementing and controlling the activities of their district shrink results. The Regional Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for the implementation of the strategic loss prevention mission and vision and act within the scope of corporate objectives and policies to accomplish their assigned goals. They must execute a shrink reduction plan that meets operational needs. The Regional Loss Prevention Manager leads, mentors, trains and motivates the operations team in loss prevention practices. This position analyzes historical and current district shrink results, to accurately identify district shrink trends and needs.
Responsibilities:
· Implement LP Department strategy, to meet or exceed goals and targets.
· Focus loss prevention practices and policies by investigating opportunities to improve Inventory results and profitability through reduced shrink.
· Perform and review store Loss Prevention Audits.
· Investigate and identify dishonest personnel in organisation.
· Execute and implement shrink reduction agendas by active planning and supervising loss exposures.
· Improve recovery results by effectively managing internal and external apprehensions.
· Complete a well thought out business plan for your region that delivers against department plans. (inventory levels, shrink goals, and strategic plans)
· Identify and interpret shrink trends and internal external apprehensions to improve district results.
Experience
Loss Prevention experience with at least 2 years in progressive retail LP Role (Management level)
Possess solid analytical skills
Excellent communication, interrogation, and negotiation skills
Internal Interviewing Skills
Customer service oriented
Robust ability to develop teams and partnerships
Robust people development skills
Ability to make decisions
Travel is required
