Lead OT Cybersecurity Project Manager\nLead and drive Rolling Stock projects while serving as the primary interface between cybersecurity and business stakeholders. Work with a global team of engineers and project managers to ensure alignment with strategic goals and high‑quality, compliant cybersecurity design and delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface between cybersecurity and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
\n
Spearhead cybersecurity planning and execution across the full project lifecycle of our rolling stock projects in North America.
\n
Manage a team of Cybersecurity Project Managers.
\n
Drive technical excellence and compliance in cybersecurity design, delivery, and governance.
\n
Additional Responsibilities
\n
Develop and manage cybersecurity workstreams, including cost estimation, scheduling, and risk analysis.
\n
Plan cybersecurity activities within the project development life cycle, estimate costs, duration, and impacts related to project execution.
\n
Ensure timely, high‑quality cybersecurity deliverables across all project phases.
\n
Lead and drive technical meetings for cybersecurity activities with various internal and external stakeholders.
\n
Support engineering teams in integrating cybersecurity controls into design and delivery as per contract.
\n
Oversee project budgets, resource utilization, and forecasting, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
\n
Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, cost, and delivery, analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
\n
Ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget, maintaining full ownership of execution.
\n
Operate autonomously and take ownership of day‑to‑day project activities, ensuring adherence to processes.
\n
Communicate proactively with stakeholders (internal, customer, and suppliers) to address needs, resolve issues, and build trust.
\n
Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering growth and accountability while managing workloads & capacity.
\n
Provide technical guidance and support to the cybersecurity team and other stakeholders.
\n
Continuously assess team performance and implement strategies to boost efficiency and impact.
\n
Education Required
\n
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
\n
Cybersecurity certifications preferred.
\n
Experience Required
\n
5+ years of experience related to Cybersecurity in general and deployment experience of industrial cybersecurity controls.
\n
Experience working with industrial companies (Rail, OT, Industrial Control systems).
\n
Experience working with product engineering and cross‑functional teams.
\n
Solid experience with Project Management.
\n
Competencies & Skills
\n
Strong technical expertise of industrial cybersecurity architecture and networking principles.
\n
Knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as ISO 2700X, NIST, and IEC 62443.
\n
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective communication and collaboration within teams and with cross‑functional stakeholders.
\n
Self‑driven, analytical, and results‑oriented with proven sound judgment.
\n
Language Requirement
\n
Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset to facilitate communication with partners, suppliers, colleagues, and international clients. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
