This role involves working alongside experienced technicians on a variety of job sites throughout the Lower Mainland, with opportunities for advancement into a Journeyman role.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and commissioning of refrigeration and HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service work
Diagnose system issues and support troubleshooting/repairs
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Handle refrigerants in accordance with safety and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Experience & Qualifications:
Registered Refrigeration Apprentice (Level 4 preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial or industrial refrigeration
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
Gas ticket is an asset
CO2 experience is an asset
Available for rotation on call shifts
