Role Description The Recreational Programs Coordinator works under the direction of the Club General Manager and will be supervised for some job activities by the Recreational Program Manager.

● Prior to our May 30 program start date all hours (35 weekly) will be required to be worked in

● Organize and input team schedules in our registration platform
\n
● Assist in the execution of social media, communications, and marketing initiatives in conjunction with our Communications and Operations Coordinator
\n
● Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager or Recreational Program Manager
\n
Qualifications
\n● Completion of: Learn to Train coaching certification, Understanding the Rule of Two, Making Headway in Soccer, Emergency Action Planning & Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders. (Preferred; can be acquired after appointment to position)\n
● Level 3: Vulnerable Sector Police Records Check required. (Can be acquired after appointment to the position)

● Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 40lbs
\n
● Relevant office administration experience
\n
● Experience working with Google Suite, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
\n
● Technologically adept and able to learn new systems quickly
\n
● Experience as a coach or camp counsellor is considered an asset
\n
● Experience following SOPs and interpreting and implementing policies and rules
\n
● Excellent customer service skills
\n
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
● Excellent organizational skills
\n
● Responsible and reliable
\n
● The ability to juggle shifting priorities in a rapid
