Required Experience

ordination of quality and diverse programming. Works closely with the Manager on program development, procedures, and evaluations. Manages program budgets. Ensures effective communication with staff and families. Qualifications: Diploma in a related human/social service field. Three (3) years of recent related experience including one

year supervisory or administrative experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and supervisory skills. First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain within three months Class 5 Drivers Licence and willingness to obtain Class 4 Successfully completion of the Agency screening process, including criminal record check Please Note: This position is open to all applicants This position requires union membership Hours: 35 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, weekend work required. Hours dependent on program needs.
