Required Experience

resolution images suitable for online listings, brochures, and marketing materials
Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and other editing tools to ensure visual appeal and consistency
Create virtual tours or videos using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro to provide immersive property experiences
Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand specific photography needs and preferences
Manage scheduling to meet deadlines for property listings and marketing campaigns
Maintain equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and stabilization gear, ensuring they are in optimal working condition
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate or architectural photography is preferred
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, as well as Final Cut Pro is highly desirable
Robust understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and staging for real estate photography
Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various property locations as needed
A portfolio demonstrating previous work in real estate or related fields is required
