Required Experience

Assist with livestock care, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring
Winter feeding with mix wagon and bale processor, assist with calving cows and heifers (including night checks)
Assist with sorting and moving cattle as needed
Various ranch related jobs
Perform general maintenance and repairs on farm infrastructure, equipment, and facilities using hand tools and power tools
Perform heavy lifting of supplies or equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed during all tasks
Requirements
Prior experience with farm machinery, heavy equipment operation, or ranch work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific tasks
Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues
Familiarity with irrigation systems, and general maintenance skills is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to farming activities
Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently
Physical stamina to handle long hours of manual labor in a rural setting
Valid driver’s license for operating farm vehicles or transporting supplies
Wages will depend on experience. This position includes Ranch Housing and optional benefits . We value hardworking individuals as ranch work can require long hours and can be physically demanding at times.
