Your leadership will shape product strategies and operational protocols, working closely with manufacturing and regulatory agencies. This role includes managing quality audits, training personnel, and overseeing the corrective action process, driving continuous improvements in product quality and performance. You will play a vital role in fostering an efficient and safe work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee adherence to regulatory and site safety requirements
• Serve as representative for audits and quality inspections
• Coordinate training and quality programs for staff
• Encourage vendor qualifications for raw materials
• Implement programs to enhance quality indicators
Requirements:
• BS Degree in Chemical Engineering or related
• 4+ years in Quality Assurance or similar role
• Supervisory experience with technical teams
• Familiarity with GMPs and ISO systems
• Background in Consumer Products with hygienic standards
Lead quality initiatives and develop robust processes for successful operations in a chemical production environment.
