Required Experience

oriented and experienced Quality Manager(Food) to oversee regulatory compliance and food safety standards within our client's food processing facility in Paris, ON region.

Pay : Up to 120K

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain food safety programs including HACCP, GMP, and SQF/BRC standards
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g., CFIA, FDA, USDA as applicable)
Lead internal and external audits, including third

conformances, and customer complaints; implement corrective actions
Train and mentor staff on food safety practices and procedures
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure food safety standards are met
Maintain documentation, records, and reporting related to food safety and quality systems
Monitor environmental and product testing programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in food safety or quality assurance within a food processing workplace
Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF/BRC, and regulatory standards
Experience handling audits and regulatory inspections
Certification such as PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) or HACCP certification preferred
