As a Program Lead, Therapy, we are looking for a Regulated Therapy professional who is an innovative thinker , has interest in modernizing home care through integrated care delivery, and has experience in program management.You will play a key role in providing consultation, assessment, and interventions for diverse client groups across Ontario.

Lead (PL) will be involved in the development of programs, mentorship of recent staff and ongoing coaching for Therapy teams, professional development and quality and risk management.

Regulated Allied Health professional, such as Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist given preference.Master's degree preferred.Current registration with the applicable regulatory college in the province of Ontario2 years of supervisory experience and/or experience within home health service deliveryExperience with quality and risk management, and program delivery including data analyticsCritical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skillsPractical experience with mentorship and coaching.
