Overview

As a Program Lead, Therapy, we are looking for a Regulated Therapy professional who is an creative thinker , has interest in modernizing home care through integrated care delivery, and has experience in program management.
\n
You will play a key role in providing consultation, assessment, and interventions for diverse client groups across Ontario. The Program Lead (PL) will be involved in the development of programs, mentorship of new staff and ongoing coaching for Therapy teams, professional development and quality and risk management. The Program Lead will promote a culture of continuous improvement and will facilitate the generation of innovative ideas and patient care design for CarePartners.

This role requires occasional travel across Ontario to support regional operations, including attendance at meetings, site visits, and other operational or program

This position offers a competitive compensation range. The salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 , and placement within the range will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
