Job Description – Project Specialist (15194) We are seeking a Project Specialist to join the Côté Gold Earthworks Projects team. This role supports the successful delivery of assigned projects by providing coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction, with responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, reporting, and overall project execution at the Côté Gold Mine Site. Responsibilities Support the safe, reliable delivery of capital projects from design through construction. Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities, including contractor and consultant interfaces. Work cross‑functionally with operations, maintenance, and supply chain to define scope, support business cases, and enable smooth execution. Develop and support scopes of work, cost estimates, AFE submissions, and project approvals. Monitor project costs, schedules, and forecasts, ensuring effective project controls and real‑time visibility of execution. Identify project risks across safety, cost, schedule, quality, production, and sustainability, and support mitigation strategies. Support technical deliverables, including engineering reviews, deviation requests, change orders, and work orders. Contribute to operational excellence by identifying improvement opportunities, collaborating to resolve issues, and fostering an inclusive, team‑oriented work setting. Key Skills & Knowledge Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) is considered an Asset. A minimum of 3 years of related work experience. Previous experience in open pit mining or mineral processing (specifically gold processing) is considered an asset. Skills & Strengths We Value Strong knowledge of applicable mining and construction codes, legislation, and confidentiality requirements. Proficient in computer applications and project systems, with strong organizational and analytical skills. Effective communicator who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
