Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for both B2B and B2C clients, providing transparent updates and qualified project communication.
Performance Reporting: Track project milestones and budget metrics to provide accurate reporting to the Lead Manager.
What You Bring
Industry Experience: Proven experience in steel building construction or project management within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Office Suite. Experience with construction management or ERP software is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Ability to translate client needs into clear, actionable instructions for our technical and production teams.
Analytical Mindset: A robust ability to use logic to troubleshoot issues and maintain project flow when timelines or scopes shift.
Accountability: A track record of owning project outcomes and maintaining reliability from start to finish.
