Day, you will oversee a team of 4–5 engineers and be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering maintenance and special tools deliverables in alignment with customer technical specifications, contractual requirements, safety standards, and cost objectives.

As our ideal candidate, you bring solid expertise in maintenance engineering, design‑for‑maintainability, and special tools and diagnostic equipment, ensuring reliable delivery in complex project environments and are a strong technical and people leader with significant experience managing multidisciplinary teams and budgets, recognized for excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and effective stakeholder engagement.
