Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve existing products, materials, and techniques, and recommend necessary adjustments to equipment settings.
Develop Performex requirements across operating sites to ensure alignment with customer and product needs. **Please note that this position requires approximately 50% annual travel to support certain sites located across North America .

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the packaging industry (a major asset).
