Establish the needs of the various sectors of the plant in terms of layout or infrastructure.
Present projects to internal entities and communicate their progress.
Develop and choose creative solutions while respecting customer needs.

Ensure that deliverables comply with plans and specifications and meet deadlines.
Plan several projects simultaneously while respecting the challenges and constraints of operations.

Respect budgets and inform Bombardier managers when required of any excess costs related to the project.
How to thrive in this role?
You have a university degree or college diploma in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architecture / or Equivalent.
You have more than (3) three years of experience as a project manager in an industrial environment or Equivalent.
You demonstrate an excellent spirit of synthesis; you easily popularize technical information in your written and oral communications while demonstrating an excellent command of French and a positive knowledge of English.
You have positive computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams etc.
You are a good communicator; you easily interact with several stakeholders from different backgrounds.
You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic.
You show leadership and you have very good ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
You are a very organized person, you are results
