Minimum Qualifications: 5 years supervisory experience in highway maintenance and/or road construction, including a demonstrated knowledge of OTM Book 7 traffic control 5 years experience managing the administration of large contractual agreements, including strong financial knowledge of accrual accounting and budgeting 3

5 years of experience in project and people management Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors and crew Experience in maintaining Profit and Loss accounts (P&L;) Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma with financial acumen Proven track record of having MTO or construction management or maintenance experience Proficient in MS Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and drive project success Compensation Data Salary Range: $86,000
