Focus on warm lime softener systems within a SAGD facility, leading a large crew to ensure safety and quality.In this role, you will be responsible for executing industrial tank cleaning operations, overseeing a team of 80 workers, and maintaining safety and project timelines. You'll collaborate with client teams to ensure alignment with operational schedules. Your expertise in project management will drive the execution of cleaning operations and compliance with environmental regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all activities related to tank cleaning
Supervise a workforce of up to 80 personnel
Create detailed project plans and schedules
Lead safety meetings and hazard assessments
Monitor costs and provide updates to senior managementRequirements:
At least 5 years of experience managing similar projects
Proven leadership in oil sands or industrial environments
Thorough knowledge of cleaning safety protocols
Valid driver's license and safety certifications
