sector collaboration within Burnside Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day project tasks and ensure deadlines are met Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and lead business development efforts Conduct invoicing and manage accounts receivable Lead quality control processes and ensure design accuracy Identify new business opportunities and foster client relationships What You Bring Registered Professional Engineer (PEO) with 7+ years of licensure Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 7–10 years of land development experience Minimum 5 years of design and project management experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Project Strong knowledge of municipal and provincial review processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle What Success Looks Like Projects delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards Clients consistently satisfied and engaged throughout the project lifecycle Teams motivated and aligned with project goals New business opportunities identified and pursuedStrong collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders Bonus Assets PMP designation or formal project management training Experience in subdivision design, SWM, flood plain modeling, water/sewer systems Field services and contract administration expertise Salary Range: $115,000
