Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
\n
Available Monday–Friday with flexibility for occasional Saturdays
\n
Ability to commit to a minimum of 50 hours per week, with flexibility for project demands
\n
5+ years of progressive experience in the building construction industry, preferably multi‑story residential and/or commercial projects
\n
Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, structural systems, and exterior envelopes
\n
Working knowledge of precast concrete construction
\n
Proven ability to interpret shop drawings, engineering documents, and generate accurate take‑offs
\n
Hands‑on project execution experience with a clear understanding of construction sequencing and trade scopes
\n
Demonstrated ability to monitor schedules, track progress, and identify deviations
\n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
\n
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
\n
Ability to quickly adopt new software and systems
\n
Local to, or willing to relocate to, Central Alberta
\n
Assets A degree or diploma related to the building construction industry or project management
\n
Familiar with Procore construction management software
\n
