Required Experience

10 years of experience working in a plant/ project engineering role preferably within the food or similar industry including some corporate exposure or tenure.
Experienced in best practices for sanitary design of equipment and systems.
Understanding of electrical power distribution, industrial controls and plant mechanical systems including: boilers, compressors, piping and ventilation. ACAD, MS Office, Project and other Windows based applications. BS in Engineering required or equivalent work experience.
Experience working in a food manufacturing plant highly preferred.
Working knowledge of, and hands

on experience within various engineering disciplines.
Ability to effectively communicate with and listen to subordinates, peers, and managers, as well as, internal and external customers.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all regulatory bodies, outside suppliers and contractors.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player Excellent oral and written communications skills.
