Required Experience

out documentation; document changes and assist with Change Orders (CO) and extra work documentation
Maintain project status using Lark and/or Projectsight.
Coordinate communication flow between site, office, GC, and consultants; allocate resources and manpower to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Proactively identify potential schedule and information risks.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of work experience; college diploma or higher.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required.
Mandarin language skills are considered an asset due to client communication needs.
Solid organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
High level of confidentiality regarding client information and data.
Relevant experience preferred.
Experience with AutoCAD or Interior Design preferred.
Experience with Bluebeam and/or AutoBid preferred.
Educational background in Mechanical/HVAC preferred.
Valid work authorization in Canada.
