As a Project Controls Coordinator, you will play a critical leadership role on major industrial projects ranging from $50M to $1B+, providing strategic direction and hands‑on oversight of cost, schedule, progress, and performance. As part of Ledcor’s multi‑discipline, self‑performing organization—executing up to 90% of our work in‑house—you’ll influence outcomes across the full project lifecycle while mentoring and supporting project controls team members in the field.
This role is ideal for an experienced project controls professional who thrives in a site‑based environment, partners closely with operations and leadership, and brings clarity and discipline to complex projects through strong systems, data‑driven insights, and proactive decision‑making.

Essential Responsibilities

7+ years of progressive experience in project controls within industrial or large‑scale construction environments

Strong scheduling experience with Primavera P6; TILOS experience considered an asset

This is a site‑based position
Compensation
Expected base pay range: $69,200.00 – $95,150.00
This range represents the expected base pay for the role. Individual base pay will be determined based on experience, knowledge, skills, education, and location.
