We are seeking an experienced skilled to lead our Resource/Child

Care and child welfare services, and will excel at recognizing strengths and fostering a culture of trust, respect, fairness, consistency, diversity, and inclusiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS)
MSW or BSW preferred; a College Diploma in Social Services may also be considered.
Thorough knowledge of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act (CYFSA) and Regulations, Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services Ontario Child Protection Standards, and practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑paced workplace with sound decision making and effective communication.
Advanced knowledge of and ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle.
Should agree to obtain a relevant university degree if a College Diploma is used as a condition of employment.
