Strong political acumen with the ability to manage confidential and politically sensitive material and situations in an appropriate manner.

Must have and maintain a valid Manitoba Class 5F Driver's Licence and have access to a vehicle with the ability to travel on government business within the Province of Manitoba. Hours: day services associated with the agency’s various Child Protection and Support Services programs, including Intake Services, After Hours Services, Voluntary Family Services, Child Protection Services, and Services to Children in Care. Expected activities include providing leadership, clinical and program knowledge, support and supervision to CFS frontline staff in the above program areas, as well as performing various budgetary and human resource management functions.
