**What you’ll do*** Collaborate with the operations / production team to support production planning and scheduling, ensuring cross‐coverage and operational flexibility* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance improvements* Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality standards* Coach, develop, and motivate operations team members to build capability and engagement* Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operations* Develop and deliver technical skills training for both new hires and existing team members**Who we’re looking for*** 4 to 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing environment in supervisory capacity* Knowledge of production systems and tools. Feed industry knowledge is a plus.* Computer literacy* Flexibility with schedule, ability to work & deliver in quick paced and demanding environment and ability to handle challenges
