Our client is a manufacturer of instrument panels as both a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to the automotive industry. We are currently looking for Production Team Members for all shifts, located in their facility in St. Mary’s, Ontario. If you have manufacturing experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to thrive in a quick paced workplace, please apply!
Pay Rate: $21.32/ hour plus $0.65 shift premium on afternoons and midnights

Day Shift: 7:00am

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Light to medium assembly of automotive interior products, primarily instrument panels
Work pace/repetitive movements includes part cycle times varying from 50 to 60 seconds per part at most workstations
Standing/walking for up to 8 hours per day
Lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling up to approximately 12 kg (26 pounds)
Use of hand tools such as a screw gun, heat gun, trimming knife
Using computers
WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY:
Candidates with prior manufacturing experience are preferred.
Positive manual dexterity and an eye for detail
A commitment to accuracy and quality
A good attendance record
Availability to work three rotational shifts, including midnight, afternoon and day shift
